As thousands of firefighters battle the most destructive wildfire in Shasta County history, Simpson University is serving as an evacuation and rest center for displaced residents and first responders.
Shasta County Teachers of the Year Matthew Fowler and Holly Jones will be featured speakers at Simpson University during the fourth annual Better Together: California Teachers Summit on Friday, July 27.
